The historical place “Hibiya” was a social gathering area with establishments such as “Rokumeikan” for hosting honorable national guests and diplomats from various countries. "SALONE TOKYO" opened in such a place where the leaders of the generation and global customers still continue to forgather.

The newest addition to the SALONE Group which has been pursuing the sense of taste of contemporary ristorantes in line with the local standard in Italy, will serve Italian cuisines respecting the traditions and localities of Italy and which can also be communicated worldwide with great confidence.

We serve reputable natural wines in the style of a pairing course with each dish in the course menu, however, we are also ready to serve whole bottles so customers can enjoy the changes the wine will go through after the cork is drawn.
